You see, I kinda doubt that. Correct me if I am wrong, but if one were a likeable person in real life, then wouldn't that mean that one'd be a likeable person on the internet too? The only way one could be a likeable person in real life and not on the internet is if they feared social retaliation if they'd acted as they naturally would want to act. And that means that the likeable, real life version of a person is a carefully crafted lie - a mask that gets shed as soon as anonymity is offered. Someone who really is likeable would hold to their moral standards regardless of social control.
